Data Collection
1) Karting Customers: When completing our sign in form either online or on-site, you will be asked if you want your name or your chosen “racer name” to appear on our leaderboards and laptime sheets. The purpose of the sign in form is to collect data of all drivers ensuring we have a full record of who has read and completed our risk awareness declaration prior to being allowed to drive on the track. Eddie Irvine Sports do not use personal data for any other reason – unless you choose to opt in to receiving marketing emails when prompted during sign-in.
2) Other Activities: All bookings made at Eddie Irvine Sports will require a contact number and email address. This information will only be used to contact you should any issues arise concerning your booking. As mentioned previously, Laser Combat and Archery Tag will require waiver forms to be completed upon arrival. This information is used only to ensure customers meet the age requirements and do not have any medical issues that could prevent them from taking part. Football customers who wish to “block book” a pitch will be asked to fill out a block booking form agreeing to all the terms and conditions associated with that agreement.
3) Online Booking: When booking online we will require contact details as well as credit/debit card details. This information is used for billing purposes only. Should any issues arise processing a payment, your contact details will be used to get in touch.
Data Storage
All the data we collect is kept securely in accordance with GDPR. Once data is no longer required, we will detail said data.
Data Usage
The data we collect from our customers is used to provide our insurers and ourselves with a record of customer details, date, time and confirmation that they are aware of the rules and risks.
Any customer who has opted into receiving marketing emails will always be given the opportunity to opt out from these emails.
Data Review
The data we hold on customers will be reviewed periodically and we will determine whether it is still required.
